Give every host a booking page, drop the widget on any website, and let confirmed meetings land on the calendar automatically — with invites, Meet links and reminders handled for you.
What's inside
Availability is computed against each host's real free/busy time. Confirmed bookings become calendar events with the invitee attached, so Google sends the invite and the Meet link. Delete or drag the event in Google and the booking follows.
One script tag turns any <div> into an inline or popup booking widget, with events your page can react to.
Hosts set hours in their zone, invitees pick slots in theirs. Buffers, minimum notice and date overrides are all respected.
Confirmation email on booking, then a text the day before and two hours ahead. Invitees can reschedule or cancel from a secure link.
Many organizations on one deployment, each with its own hosts, event types, bookings, API key and webhooks. Data is scoped per tenant, always.
A built-in MCP connector exposes the whole management surface as tools, so a tenant can run its scheduling conversationally. "Add an event type for Fridays." "Cancel my 3pm." "When is Jane free next week?"

Spring Websites sets up your organization. You get a tenant login, an API key and a portal to invite hosts.
Each host opens their portal link, connects their Google Calendar in one click, and sets working hours and event types.
Send the hosted booking page, or paste the widget onto your site. Bookings sync to Google and reminders go out on their own.
